The onion was bitter, I wanted it to be slightly pickled, but there was a slice of lemon - everything is OK - 5. Rice - deliciously cooked, slightly crumbly - 5. Mixed vegetables - I didn't like the taste - 4. The order was prepared fairly quickly, after about 15 minutes it was ready. The dish is beautifully decorated, the serving is 5. I took this tea for the first time, I liked it - 5. The price tag for the city of Petropavlovsk is high. As a result, I paid 8,580 tons. This includes a 10% service fee. What is supposed to be your service? Should I bring the dishes and put the dirty dishes away at the end when the guest has left? Service: I've been studying the menu for quite a while. During this time, the waiter never came over, offered to help or take the order. As a result, I had to get up myself, go, and call the waiter. She brought the kettle, put it on, and left. She did not court, did not pour, and did not offer to pour tea. I didn't offer Wi-Fi either. Usually they put information on the table and that's it. In this case, I had to get up, ask, and find out how to connect the Wi-Fi. But the fact that it exists at all is +++. Then she brought a plate of salmon, put it down, and left. So I ate a long time ago and wrote a review, but the dishes still haven't been cleaned, i.e. there is no service (( I wonder if he will offer me anything else, for example, dessert? Would anyone like to know how the food was offered to me, and did I like the cuisine? (🤷 No(( ) I had to get up again, call the employee, asked for the bill. ++ - I brought the bill and the change quickly. I won't leave a tip. I think the service in the Stove let me down. Only 3 stars. A smile, a certain warmth to the guest was not enough. The service needs to be tightened up 🤗

In September, I visited this place at lunchtime, and when paying with a card, the terminal showed an error, and I received an SMS about the withdrawal. As a result, they were charged 3 times for one account. When they started to figure it out, the administration of the institution, represented by Amil, including the accountant, refused to admit that they had the money. It was only after I submitted an application to the bank that, after 2 months, they finally recognized that my money was in their account. I understand that technically mistakes can occur, we are all human beings and different things happen, but it's amazing that Amil didn't even get to send an SMS with an apology, let alone call. It's nothing personal, you just have to have the courage to admit your mistakes.
