The hospital was contacted about the tick. The child was found to have a tick on his leg at 9 p.m., so I had to go here, since we belong to the Oktyabrsky district. We arrived, went straight to the reception department, it was still a day off. Thanks to the medical staff who work at such a time, for that I am very grateful to you. You always need to have a passport with you, issue documents and the reason why we applied. There were normally 5-6 people in front of us. And just on the ground floor there is an office where they get a tick. The parasite itself was taken out quickly and even the doctor recommended which mini tool you definitely need to buy in order to get the tick yourself next time. I gave the tick in a jar for delivery to the laboratory, said that we were free to take it. Everything is clear and fast. Many thanks to our doctors for their work and help.

A unique heart operation at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Pediatric Surgery in Minsk lasted several hours. My heart was flying into the abyss along with the anxiety and excitement that gripped me for the life of my baby.
I even tried to imagine the face of the surgeon bending over the open little heart, in whose hands my son's fragile life turned out to be.

Медицинский персонал вне всякой конкуренции. Всё просто на высочайшем уровне. Отношение, внимание... просто всё-всё без каких либо нареканий. Огромная благодарность за спасение моего сына. Не смотря на сложность операции, я всегда буду с трепетом и теплотой относиться к данному месту.
Сама больница хорошая. Всё есть. Душ на этаже, очередей в него нет. Хорошая столовая, где стоит микроволновая печь, в термосе всегда есть кипяток, в чайнике холодная кипячёная вода. Можно свободно прийти, оазогреть еду и там же покушать. В коридоре целых 3 холодильника для хранения продуктов. Розетки для зарядки телефона тоже в коридоре. Их достаточно.

I put one star for the pleasant attitude at the reception . I know that there are good specialists and masters of their craft in this hospital, but somehow we are not lucky ... we have been there 5 times in 1.5 months and even came by ambulance, but apart from a blood test, as I was told, my 2-year-old child is not even supposed to have an ultrasound according to the protocol (I wonder who they are writes these protocols to these doctors). And for five times each time different recommendations, and the doctor Yasyukevich O. In general, a rare boor talked like a girlfriend, it's good that she didn't smoke at the reception, today she wrote out recommendations for a baby cream. It is a pity , of course , that our children are treated by such specialists , any desire to visit this institution has completely disappeared . Although there are very good doctors there , but as a rule they all work in the first shift and they do not need a competent consultation , and those who can determine the maximum ampedicit are sitting in the waiting room .

The doctor IDEALLY made a closed reposition of the fragments (under mask anesthesia). The attitude of all staff towards young patients is very patient and understanding.

The child was scheduled for a colonoscopy on 4.08.2023 at the age of 5, the head of the department did not allow the mother to stay, despite the fact that in our ward (number 5) there was a mother with a child of 6-6.5 years old (there is no disability, she could not really explain why she was allowed, they say her baby will not be able to without her) most likely they were lying on acquaintance (I ask if possible to conduct an investigation)
The allowed time is only from 15 to 19
The child could hardly stand the time of stay, the nurses did not do the necessary care, the nurses were mostly rude, the child constantly called crying and complained that he was being offended.
The colonoscopy was done a day later than planned (by the way, that woman with a girl 6 ,5 years old was done a day earlier, 100 percent on acquaintance) there are no questions about the procedure. On the last day after the procedure, they wrote a refusal, took the child and went home, but there were some problems with this, the attending physician initially lied that he was letting go without questions, but after 20 minutes his shift ended and the trace was gone, the doctor on duty refused to discharge, I offered to stay with the child for this last day, but there was a refusal. To which my husband and I said that we were just packing up and leaving, and that's when they started moving. The senior nurse ( with eyes of different colors , it seems Svetlana Mikhailovna began to threaten me that if the child bleeds , we will not get to them anymore !

For 17 years, they have been treated with completely different problems, from gallstones in a 3-year-old daughter, to a stuck pebble in her son's leg. All the doctors are incredible, friendly, kind, helped to cope not only with the problem, but also with the fear of children and parents. Very cool hospital!

Часто с ребёнком бываем здесь, в связи с имеющимся заболеванием. Центр хороший, компетентные врачи. Красивое помещение внутри. Регистраторы вежливые, всегда точно и понятно ответят на поставленный вопрос. Это тот случай, когда всё для людей.

К сожалению, иногда приходится посещать данное место. И чаще всего по ночам. В последний раз ехали с подозрением на аппендицит, ребенка сильно рвало... При оформлении документов, я держала ребенка, пакет и вещи и не могла отойти от окошка. На меня стали орать, чтобы я убрала оттуда ребенка. И мне было непонятно, вот как лучше, чтобы я держала ребенка и пакет, в который вот это вот все... Или пусть бы оно все на пол. Хамство просто было. Ситуация итак тяжёлая, так ещё и орут, когда пытаешься максимально сделать им лучше, чтобы им убирать не пришлось.
Далее самое интересное, что врач отправил домой до утра... Это с 3 до 9. Что если будет сильное воспаление, то вот приезжайте и узнаем. То есть даже не было мысли, что ребенку может стать ещё хуже... Что может лучше под наблюдением оставить в больнице. Но пришлось ехать домой и утром обратно. Благо, что все обошлось, но последовательность действий в такой ситуации была непонятна.

Ребенку помогли, стараются работать быстро.
Но мы столкнулись с грубостью со стороны мед персонала - очень неприятно. Понятно, что никто не должен улыбаться и быть доброжелательным, но и огрызаться и грубить - тоже не должны.
То мы не там сели, то не туда пошли, то не так зашли. А время 2 часа ночи и мы переживаем за своего ребенка - хотелось бы больше понимания со стороны мед персонала.

Персонал - крутой! (Хирург, который оперировал, девушка-хирург из приемного отделения). Палаты - по 5 человек. Лежали дети разных возрастов: я и 2х летний малыш мой, и 4 мальчика от 6 до 10 лет. На мой вопрос о другой палате сказали,что это - ПОСЛЕДНЕЕ место в отделении, вам повезло 😯😑.
Пролежали сутки - не спала. Написала отказ и скорее сбежали оттуда, т.к. я могла необходимый уход за ребенком осуществлять дома.
В приемном очереди - будь то 21 вечера, тем более в 9 утра...когда мы приехали натощак (перед этим вечером были там в приемном). Операция была только в 11 утра.
