A convenient and large gas station near one of the main streets of Pavlodar (formerly called Kutuzova). There are many speakers, convenient and fast service, and several cash registers inside. There is a cafe. The price of fuel is adequate and definitely more pleasant than in the Russian Federation.

I always refuel at pegasus, but this particular gas station is kind of boorish! The operators seemed to have left the current zone! The tankers (refuellers) are generally always asleep, they are never there!
