I've been washing my car here for several years. Satisfied. There is often a queue, you will not always get there right away. There is a room for customers where you can sit and drink coffee, watch TV (for example, football with others waiting). There is Wi-Fi in the room if needed. The calls are not being answered. It is better to write on WhatsApp - they respond.
