We had a vacation in Thailand in December, and we really liked everything, but there are some moments that left bad impressions and I want to write a review about them so that people know this and pay attention. Our tour operator guide, namely Victoria Turcan, offered us guided tours and referring to the important points that this is only available through the tour operator's guided tours, we agreed. As a result, we were completely disappointed not by the tour itself, but by the fact that we were provided with false information. The guide promised us three meals a day, which was not there and there was only lunch, other tourists came with breakfast, which they ordered at the hotel, we would have done it too, but she assured us that there would be three meals a day. Further, regarding the boat on which we were supposed to sail, she showed photos and showed that we would all sit facing forward, and not like other tour agencies, tourists sit sideways. But in the end, everything turned out just like everyone else, everyone was sitting sideways. It was an important criterion for us. Regarding the masks that are provided there for snorkeling, the tourist asked her questions and asked if individual nozzles would be provided, she replied that of course an individual nozzle would be provided in the package, but no nozzle was provided there. She stated that the tour program would be from 06:30 to 20:00, but we returned back at 17:00 and the guide on the ship, whom we asked, said that we did not have such a tour program. It seemed that by purchasing a tour from your guide, you can be sure that you will be provided with reliable information, but here it turned out that this is not the case. So tourists should be careful and it is not always the right choice to go on an excursion with your tour operator, because the price is very different from other tour agencies. Taking their guide's word for it, they were very unhappy.

I've been traveling with various operators and agents for 10 years, but I contacted these specialists for the first and last time, more than 4 months before departure, for a good reason I refuse the tour, they give me a mythical fine of 40 euros, what is it anyway???
