On 11.07.23 we flew from Frankfurt to Antalya by Pegasus airline flight PC5036 at 14.35.
When checking in for a flight, the Pegasus employee broke the baggage promotion tape and our Samsonite suitcase left without receiving a tag.
The employee said that she would find the suitcase and attach a tag. They gave us a luggage receipt. Further, at the boarding gate, the same employee reported that she had attached the baggage receipt to the suitcase.
Upon arrival in Antalya, we waited a long time for our luggage (6 suitcases flew), but we did not receive a single suitcase. Because of this, they missed the Antalya-Moscow flight, had to buy other tickets and spend the night in a hotel in Antalya. Later, 5 out of 6 suitcases were found. The sixth suitcase (a white and black Samsonite that was not tagged at check-in) has yet to be found.

I bought a transfer ticket without registration. The first flight went well. In the second, the doors were closed right next to the plane and they were forced to pay for hand luggage. Either " we won't let you on the plane, either pay or leave us your bag. The employees of this wonderful company told me. Right before boarding.
Is it normal that they started breeding people like that?
I had to pay 5 thousand.
Checking the ticket price. Pegasus turned out to be the most expensive of the cheap ones.
They tried to keep me off the plane . They held hands. Today's flight is 396. Istanbul Petersburg .
For the fact that the purse is big. Where does it all fit big?
I will show this mess to everyone and complain. Why am I being forcibly dragged out of the plane by my hands?
