There is shade and wonderful scents of flowers in the courtyard, it is pleasant to be there. The sea is no more than a 10-minute walk away. We had a family vacation in May. Nice guest house with clean and cozy rooms. We had a plus room - spacious, with a refrigerator, TV, table and chair, where I could work. We used the barbecue and cooked in the communal kitchen. There is a playground near the kitchen, it is convenient to look after the child. Overall, we had a great rest!

We had a rest in July 2025, a room for three. The shared kitchen is large, there are a lot of dishes, there is a barbecue. It's a long way to the store. We liked the house very much, the owners are very friendly, clean, cozy. The pecan tree in the yard is gorgeous! But we didn't like the sea. The beach is dirty, the sea is muddy. We went to the sea by minibus to Pitsunda, where we bought groceries. It takes 15 minutes to drive, the fare is 100 rubles. It's a short walk to the bus stop. We wanted a quiet, inexpensive vacation, and we got it. Thanks! We remained completely free.
