We stay here every year. Cleanliness, silence and very good hosts. It's a little far from the beach, 10 minutes on foot, but movement is life, especially along the way there are canteens and cafes, convenient. The photo shows the view from the upper terrace. The room has a refrigerator and a TV, everything else and necessary in the shared kitchen.

It's a wonderful, cozy, beautiful place. We had a family vacation in July and are infinitely glad that we ended up in the Pecan) Anastasia, just the perfect hostess, everything is clean, aesthetics ! What can I say about this hotel. It may not be the best in Abkhazia, but I can tell you for sure that it is the best in Alakhadze. Of course, you have already read about the owners, the furnishings, and the cleanliness in the rooms in previous reviews. I will not repeat myself, although you will rarely meet such hospitable hosts. I will note something that is almost not mentioned in the reviews. It turns out that the lights are often turned off in Abkhazia (why - you will read it yourself on the Internet). But of course we have already forgotten what it is to be without light). And this means there is no TV, phone, water, etc. During my vacation, the lights were turned off several times, but we didn't even notice it, the generator turned on instantly. And the hotel is ideally located, a little away from the beach, deep in the street, in the shade of trees. And just two words about the sea. The beach is a pebble, far from the cities, so the sea is clean. The only problem is, it's hard to book a room, it's almost always busy. Therefore, if you manage to get to this hotel, consider yourself very lucky and you will have a rest.

Oh, I don't know about the hotel, but the Pecan cafe is always my love. What portions Anya makes, how delicious everything is . Caesar salad, Greek, crispy eggplant, take a portion for several people. Borscht , kharcho and other soups were half eaten even by men . Everything is delicious, Anya is the soul of a man, Sergo's husband always helps her. Drink feijoa compotes. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay.

We had a rest at the Pekan Guest House on Shahumyan St. in Alakhadzy in late June and early July 2025. We decided to come to Alakhadzy on the advice of friends and never regretted it. Alakhadzy is for those who like a relaxing family vacation. Pekan is an excellent guest house with all amenities (refrigerator, TV, air conditioning) and good-natured hosts. The house is located in the shade of trees, so the room is never hot. The rooms are clean, cozy, and there is always hot water. Anastasia (the hostess of the guest house) helped us with the transfer to get from Sochi airport to the place. He will always help and tell you where it is better to go or go. She organized individual excursions for two families, after which we were very satisfied. Shops, cafes, pharmacies are all within walking distance. The sea is just 10 minutes away. Many thanks to Anastasia, we will definitely come again!!!

We had a rest on the recommendation of friends at the Pekan Guest House from June 26 to July 6. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea. Shops, canteens, pharmacies, bus stops are within walking distance. The clear azure sea, the wide, sparsely populated beach, and interesting excursions will all be remembered for a long time. Special thanks to the hostess Anastasia and her family, they will always help with advice. Thank you for your work! I recommend it to everyone I know. If we go back to Alakhadzy, then only to Pekan.

We had a rest at the Pecan from 07/14/25 to 07/23/25.The room was on the ground floor.The room had its own table with chairs, a clothes dryer.Everything was clean, the linen was fresh, the towels were changed every 5 days. The room has everything you need except a hair dryer. Very convenient location of the air conditioner . There is a kitchen with everything you need, an iron.The hotel has a good location, there are cafes, canteens, all necessary shops, a pharmacy on the street, and the sea is about 10 minutes away at a slow pace. A very friendly hostess, upon request, a transfer was arranged from Adler railway station and back, and she can also help with excursions. We liked it.

We were in this beautiful guest house with friends for the first time, we booked two rooms from 07/14/2025 to 07/25/2025. Everything is just great. Clean rooms with a refrigerator and air conditioning, snow-white linen and friendly hosts who will always prompt you and are always ready to help. Special thanks to Nastya, who works from morning to night to make vacationers feel at home. The lights were turned off, no problem, the generator turns on immediately. Everything in the photo, tables near the rooms, clothes dryers, flowers on site and the sea is a 10-minute walk away, everything is there. On the way to the beach, there are many different shops, cafes and canteens for every taste, where you can order food with yourself. My friends and I have a rule not to go to the same place twice, but now we're thinking about it. If someone decides to relax in Pecan, book rooms in advance. We made the order 3 months before arrival. Once again, many thanks to the hosts for the warm and good-natured welcome.

I am very pleased that we chose the guest house "Pekan". The hosts are a young married couple, very friendly and hospitable! New building: spacious room, beautiful design, beautiful bathroom. The room has a gorgeous double bed with snow-white linens. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV and a place to store clothes! Wi-fi. Each room has a dining table and armchairs. The shared kitchen has all the necessary utensils from pots and pans to glasses and a corkscrew for all guests! Everything is clean and tidy!A cozy courtyard, there is even a corner for children! If you decide to go on a trip with children, then Pecan is for you! Nearby there is a cafe of the same name "Pecan" and "Bumblebee Rolls", where very nice women cook perfectly. The sea is about 10 minutes away at a slow pace in a straight line. But even if there was no sea nearby, then you can have a very good rest and have a good time in Pecan. One minus is the beach, it's always stormy, there's nowhere to wash our feet, my children and I couldn't swim there. We had a rest in August of the 23rd year. It takes about 15 minutes to walk, it's not easy in the heat. Positive: the hotel itself is new, clean, there is a kitchen, Wi-Fi is stable, when the power goes out, the backup system is triggered and the light and Wi-Fi are back on, only the air conditioner is not working at this moment. The owners of the hotel are friendly, Russian people, cultured, if you need something to suggest, they will always tell you. Our children liked the hotel, there were many families with children. For the third year now, my mother and I have been vacationing in the best guest house in the village of Alakhadzy: Pekan I remember back in 2021, we were choosing where to stay, and there was always a fly in the ointment: an uncomfortable environment, ugly rooms, too high a price, a far location from the sea, etc. And then we found it: the guest house of our dreams) Everything in life fits the description. To be honest, I don't get as much sleep at home as I do in Pecan) it's immediately clear that the hosts have taken care of the comfort of their guests. It takes only about 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a street with a bunch of shops, cafes, pharmacies and souvenir shops. If you go a little further to the left or right along the sea, you can be alone with the sea and enjoy the picturesque sunset. Thanks to Anastasia for the warm welcome. The most pleasant vacation for us is a vacation in sunny Abkhazia, in the guest house of our southern friends under the shade of fluffy pecans. We will definitely come again!

Shahumyan Street, where the Pekan is located, is quiet, for a relaxing family holiday. For those who like to have more fun and louder, go to the neighboring Tumanyan Street, there are several cafes with discos. In the room: the water pressure is good, it has always been there; no light outages were noticed (there is a generator); the room has 3 sockets; there are several lighting options; the air conditioner was never turned on: despite the heat, the room was comfortably cool; there are tiles on the floor, you can bring slippers with you; comfortable mattresses and high-quality bed linen; 2 bath towels and one foot towel are provided for the room. During our stay, preparations were made for the opening of rooms on the 2nd floor, but we did not notice any construction noise). Meals: the shared kitchen has everything you need, including a tap with filtered water. We ate in the dining room No. 1 (a five-minute walk away); the prices are affordable: the average check for a hearty lunch for 2 is from 700 to 900 rubles, there is a choice of dishes, everything is very tasty. The road to the beach: an ordinary rural street, with many small retail outlets, shops, cafes and sightseeing tents; there are no sidewalks, so we had to maneuver between cars, which caused some inconvenience. Beach: wide; there are more people at the exit from the street, and very freely to the right or left; umbrellas and sun beds to the left of the exit to the beach; 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers + a table — 500 rubles. for the whole day; there is a paid toilet and changing rooms.

For the second year in a row, we come to the Pekan Guest House. We really like it. The room is clean, modern, with panoramic windows, with a large comfortable bed and a folding chair. Air conditioning, mini fridge, TV. Your own farm. White towels are provided for each guest. Each room has its own table and chairs, a clothes dryer, and huge folding umbrellas from the sun on the territory. There is a barbecue and a smoking area. The territory is tiled, children run barefoot, everything is perfectly clean. There is a shared kitchen with all necessary utensils, you can cook by yourself if desired. There is always light and water in this house, because a generator and its own well are installed. Special thanks to the hostesses- Anastasia and Nadezhda, all guests are treated like family. They will always advise you and answer any questions. Arina's daughter is the most sociable girl, the children will definitely not be bored. Through the house there is a kebab shop, rolls-malls and a shop with everything you need. 8-10 minutes to the sea. The most gorgeous sea in Alakhadzy. It is convenient to travel geographically on excursions. If we go to Abkhazia next year, then only to Pecan. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation and great memories!!!

For the second year we come to the Pecan guest house, and we do not intend to change it)) last time we looked at all possible housing options in Alakhadze and it seemed that we would not be able to find anything suitable. And suddenly we got a Pecan. The modern interior and panoramic windows immediately attracted me. The guest house has met all our best expectations! The room is incredibly clean, cozy, has everything you need (refrigerator, private shower, air conditioning, TV). And there are such soft big beds, I have never slept so well anywhere. There is a shared kitchen, a table and umbrellas so that you can comfortably drink tea or coffee under the hot Abkhazian sun. It takes only 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea. And the best part is that you can walk a little further along the coast and sit on the beach in a quiet seclusion where there are almost no people. In general, we will definitely come here again! Thank you again very much for the warm welcome and wonderful stay 🌊💙

Nice guest house. The room is modernly renovated, has everything you need for living (refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, storage area). The air conditioner is not hanging over the bed - it's just a miracle! Bed linen in neutral shades, snow-white towels. In front of each room there is a dining group - you can sit or eat, a clothes dryer. Delicious kebabs and rolls are within walking distance. During our stay, the lights were turned off every day - in this case, a generator is provided in the house, it is very pleasant. The hostesses are friendly and very friendly. The territory is small, clean, and gentrified. Laundry can be done for a fee. On the downside, you will have to walk along a broken road under the sun to the sea. It is also worth noting that the guest house is under construction.

"Pekan" is a modern guest house in European style and appropriate comfort. Very affordable price. Friendly and kind hostesses. The room has a toilet, shower, air conditioning. There are tables for meals in the courtyard. Meals can be prepared in the kitchen or on the grill. Across the street, a little closer to the sea, there is an excellent kebab shop and a grocery store. You need to walk a little to the sea, feel the flavor of the village. On the beach, if you walk along a little, you can find a place where there is no one nearby for one and a half to two dozen meters. It is suitable for lovers of quiet and measured rest.
