I stopped by on my break at the university and ordered khinkali with beef. They indicated that cooking my dish would take 10-15 minutes, but in the end it would take 25 minutes. The most interesting thing is that besides me, there was one person in the establishment, then two more came, but AFTER me. This situation just pissed me off, if they had told me that cooking would take 15-25 minutes, I simply would not have ordered, because I only have a break of 30 minutes and I still have to run to the building. It ruined my whole day, because I ended up being late, and the khinkali tasted average, almost like it had no spices, compared to other places I've been.
