Previously, the place was rated five stars. Over the past year, the quality has gradually decreased. For example, the filling of a croissant with nutella has become not with nutella, but with some kind of tasteless plastic filler. When they tried to give feedback to sellers, they replied that nothing had changed, everything was as it was. The level of service has decreased dramatically. They are often replaced by new faces, as if the staff does not linger. One of the sellers (a young girl) who is currently working is just terrible. He'll never smile, he won't hear something every time. You ask to warm it up, it doesn't warm up. If you remind him, he orders his eyes and silently makes a smile, without a single "excuse me", in order to somehow smooth out the situation. And when this happens every time we go there, we involuntarily tend not to go there yet. Perhaps, over time, the management will change something, because the institution used to keep the brand. Although, as can be seen from the reviews, they are not even answered :))
