When I forwarded it to the branch, I was told that this was a normal situation caused by the thickness of the outer coating, but according to me, this is a defect caused by production. When I asked for the cake to be changed, it was not accepted on the grounds that it was “made specially for you”. However, they had previously approached me with a solution-oriented approach to making changes to similar quality problems in other branches without me telling them. Due to this approach, I will not re-order from the Levent branch.
