Pellegrino is a piece of Italy in the city of M.
An amazing restaurant with a delightfully beautiful interior and excellent service.
I would like to mention the staff who always work at a high level, as well as the prompt delivery of food and drinks. Cocktails from the bartenders will get right into your heart, and the dishes will not leave you indifferent.
Also in the evenings, you can enjoy not only amazing cuisine, but also live music, playing the saxophone.
A place that you definitely want to recommend to visit, so that you can come back again and again.

The atmosphere of Italy was conveyed very coolly. You go inside and it feels like you've run into the center of Rome for a snack. You can give them 5 points for this)
Well, everything else leaves much to be desired.
The menu is varied, but the prices are very high, the banal caesar with chicken is almost 40p. All dishes taste as simple as possible. Nothing special or super tasty to be worth the money.
One of the advantages is that they cook quickly.
Maintenance - apparently they just opened, and haven't worked on it yet... Some of the ordered items were never brought, "forgotten", several tables were asked many times to be transferred to the terrace - they were refused.
Well, the toilet deserves special attention. Both handles are broken, they just fell off) there is no toilet paper.
There is no desire to return again)

A great restaurant. The interior, the atmosphere, the music, the food and the staff are on top! We visited this place (for the second time), came without reservation, without any problems we were offered a very cozy place.Delicious dishes, drinks, without tedious waiting, very tasty, aesthetically pleasing. Live music! My husband had a birthday- without further ado: tokens of attention, cake, candles, wine as a gift! We are absolutely delighted! The receptionist, the waiters- bravo! It's like we've been to Italy! We will definitely come again and recommend it. Thanks!

The first place in the city that we visited and immediately liked everything. This is where we decided to celebrate our birthday. Everything is fine! I was pleasantly surprised by the gift from the institution!

First of all, about the good things: the food is really delicious, the chefs are great. The price tag is above average, but it's worth it. Now about the not so good: the service is terrible. An hour and a half before the kitchen was closed, we were told that the food would be cooked for 40 minutes and they showed with all their appearance that it was better not to start ordering. Then they started asking us for someone else's carpaccio, which, of course, we had never seen. Apparently, someone got confused and decided to ask us. Maybe we'll agree. :) Salads were served longer than hot ones. Well, the cherry on the cake, in the final it suddenly turned out that the terminal had already chosen a certain daily rate and you can pay either in cash or with a card to the waitress. And at first they said they were sorry and everything was on the house, then they changed their mind. :) In general, not a foot more. The opening was super unsuccessful.

The interior is interesting and beautiful. The service is good in principle, but for example a couple sat down next to each other and they did not wait for the waiter to make an order. This is most likely due to a large number of people, but still ...
the prices are adequate, everyone will find what they can afford in principle.
I ordered lasagna, fajitos wife. The portions are large, but not tasty. Lasagna is not tasty, I can't even really describe what exactly, it's just not tasty.
Fajitos - the meat is too salty, but the serving was with a spark)
Cocktails are standard, lots of ice) the cost of a Pina Colada is 22 rubles.

I can't really give the institution even 1 star!
We arrived at 20:00, the table was booked in advance, upon arrival we did not understand where to put it and seemed to forget about the reservation at all.
The waiter deigned to come up and take the order only after 30 minutes!!!
All 30 minutes a bunch of incomprehensible people were scurrying around, allegedly managing and forever promising that someone would come, waiters ran back and forth with 1 terminal to all tables inside and outside.
The water was brought after 20 minutes of waiting (after the order was made, although they asked for water immediately when they entered the establishment and went to the table).
The stated cooking time of the pasta was announced in 20 minutes, as a result, it was brought in 30-40 minutes.
What do we have in the end?
30 minutes of waiting for the waiter
50 minutes of waiting for a glass of water
The prices for the dishes are slightly higher than the average in Minsk, and the taste and presentation, alas, absolutely falls short.
And there is a separate story about the toilet:
- there is nothing to wipe your hands
with - the plumbing is in good condition, everything is dirty
- the tile is falling off
- puddles and it's unclear what else is on the floor
- the lock is barely working
I don't advise anyone to go there, a bright picture on Instagram and complete disappointment inside.

Faced with terrible service in this institution and complete disregard for the guests of the restaurant! The story is like this:
I came with a girl, ordered several dishes (2 hot and 2 snacks) The waitress asked you when to serve hot? first or last?Well, I did not understand the question, in my opinion it is obvious that snacks are served first..... well, okay. The first hot dish was brought for the girl quickly, but my dishes (fried meat and vegetables) were carried for 70 minutes! 70! Moreover, every 10 minutes they said now-now, now-now. As a result, there was no time to wait, I made a remark to the administrator and asked for the bill, so they even carried the bill for 6 minutes. I told the waitress that the evening was not very good (spoiled), she said that it was okay, they just delayed the dish a little. I think, well, probably now the administrator will offer to resolve the situation, because the customers are clearly unhappy. But she just turned away and left and waited for us to leave. So think before you book a table there and spend your evenings there! The main thing there is to be paid.

Carefully check the receipt that is brought to you at this institution, especially if the order was large! They counted 10 bottles of wine instead of 1! After this situation, I don't want to tell you anything more about this place in the review. Just be careful and vigilant, don't let them fool you.
And, Pellegrino, don't give up your ridiculous excuses, it was disgusting to listen to that.

They were, in my opinion, less than a week after the opening, on August 6th.
I was interested in the terrace when we passed by.
In principle, this is the end of the positive impression.
We waited a very long time for the order to be accepted, then even longer until it was delivered. Both dishes were cold. One thing, in fact, it was an assortment of some kind of meat, which never corresponded to its beautiful name on the menu, just turned out to be tasteless.
They asked the waiter for a replacement, but, for unknown reasons, she took only one dish, and disappeared. I had to go remind myself and ask to change the second one as well.
While they were on the terrace, a couple of meters away from her, a drunken monsieur was "singing" at the top of his voice, to which numerous male employees did not react in any way.
Almost as long as the menu, they waited for the bill.
There were about half a terrace full of the same dissatisfied with the service time. Given the number of waiters per square meter and the decrease in occupancy in the evening, it is unclear why everything was so long.
In total, a good interior, with poor service and not very tasty dishes at slightly higher than the average check. The desire to visit again has disappeared.
