If you like dumplings, come here. A place in the center of Vitebsk, not far from the walking street of the city. Here you can have lunch as in the dining room, the interior is consistent. Soup , first course , compote - attached. The prices are just as good. For my taste, the dumplings lack their zest, it seemed that they were bought, and not cooked on the spot. I was there in winter.

My favorite dumpling has been for probably 15 years. They always chose it at lunch, when they wanted dumplings or mochanki. But now the quality and taste of the dumplings has deteriorated very much, unfortunately great. And I no longer want to go there to eat (We hoped that this was temporary, but we ate again and nothing has changed. At the same time, the staff there is always wonderful!!! Thanks to them for their work and our good mood.

One of the disadvantages is that there is not enough space, there is a queue at lunchtime. There used to be pepper and napkins on the tables, now there are none. Well, compliance with sanitary standards leaves much to be desired: the cashier wipes his nose with his hands, takes the money and immediately gives out cutlery. They feel sorry for napkins. And I still go there.

«Фантастически веусные пельмени» конечно очень сильно сказано) вполне неплохие по соотношению цена-качество, я бы сказал на 3, максимум на 4 с минусом, магазинные российские «Останкинские» мне по вкусу нравятся больше (хотя может и менее натуральные 🤔)
Если придираться), то хотелось бы чтобы бы пельмешки формой были посимпатичнее, а то я так понимаю лепят вручную и на слишком большую скорость, глаз мальца режет, кривенькие-разные.
Могу ошибаться, но сметана похоже что порошковая, мелкие комочки, я походу слишком наивный, думал в Белоруссии таких вещей не бывает 😀
В идеале на мой взгляд для столовой называемой «Пельменная» хотя бы пару видов пельменей, подешевле такие какие есть и подороже но поинтереснее, повкуснее. Хотя, не мне учить, народу там и так хватает, что даже небольшая очередь в обеденное время)

Being on a business trip in Vitebsk, we ran along Suvorov Street in search of a cafe, a dining room for lunch. We were discussing loudly, a guy overheard us and suggested this place. For five tables, with pleasant staff, they offer lunches on Mon.-Fri.: homemade dumplings, broth, dumplings, cheesecakes, meatballs, several types of salad, compote, juice. I liked the dumplings, took soup in broth, salad with cabbage, fresh and delicious. The prices are minimal, the guy didn't cheat. One of the inconveniences is a small room, in the middle of lunch, there may be a queue on the street. I recommend it!

The establishment itself is in the style of an ordinary dining room. The dumplings here are very tasty. The prices are average, I would not say that, as in the same ordinary dining room, but acceptable for Suvorov Street.
Coffee is also made good!
Did I like it? Definitely! It won't do for a big company, it won't do for dates either, but for one or two students - to the point, that's it!

Отмосферное место где не ступала "нога 21 века", всё как в далёкие 90-е. Пельмени вкусные! А оладушки просто 🔥🔥🔥. Будете рядом обязательно попробуйте! Мы с мужем кайфанули от посещения. И если честно я не видела не одного места где в обеденное время очередь была такая, что люди толпой стояли на улице. Кстати можно брать блюда на вынос.

Отличное место 👍👍👍 Пельмени вкусные, оладьи вкусные! А сметана такая, как будто я в магазин с банкой сходила за развесной сметаной в 1982 году!!! Будете в Витебске, не пропустите это заведение! И цены человеческие, совсем недорого! Персонал очень радушный и гостеприимный! Нас было четверо человек, остались в восторге!

Неизменно высокое качество на протяжении многих лет. Персонал вежлив и оперативнее в обслуживании. Покушать можно с собой и на вынос+замороженные пельмени собственного производства. Цена на обед более чем низкая).

В этой пельменной за приемлимую цену можно поесть вкуснейших аладьев с персиковым джемом и не только с персиковым. Есть чай, кофе. Пельмени тоже вкусные, их возможно заказать, как с бульоном, так и без него с сыром, сметаной, кетчупом. В меню есть и каши, фрикадельки, мочанка. Вся еда вкусная, свежая, обслуживают быстро. Зал со столиками небольшой, но места всегда хватало. Персонал вежлив и терпелив. Туда ходит на обед много людей, а это показатель. Если размер порции велик, то можно попросить полпорции и вообще взять на вынос.

Что сказать - обычная небольшая столовка с наивкуснейшей Мачанкой и Пельменями, вежливыми сотрудниками и адекватными ценами. Хочется сюда возвращаться на покушать.
В этот раз попали в период каникул (26 июля), а так хотели Мачанки((

Оладушки супер. Пышные и в меру жирные, а вот пельмени не айс. Может их и сами лепили, но начинка оставляет желать лучшего. Пельмени Брестского мяса комбината вкуснее (единственные магазинные пельмени которые я ела в Беларуси). Персонал вежливый и на все вопросы о составе блюд отвечает подробно.
