We were at this cafe yesterday. We ordered pizza for four seasons. There was a black hair in the pizza, a HAIR. I went and took this piece to the receptionist, and what do you think? She came and started saying that it wasn't a hair, it was from the cheese. What kind of cheese ? The cheese is white or yellow. She didn't apologize, she just sold us her own. As long as other visitors didn 't hear , she wanted to justify herself . Kick-ass. We were ashamed of their negligence.
