The music is live - the singing is just great. But, there are also disadvantages.. There were a lot of people, condensation was accumulating on the walls and ceiling, and somewhere in the middle of the evening it all started dripping - it was not very pleasant. The breaks between bringing new dishes were very long at the beginning, and at the end the rest of the food was brought together. And another very big disadvantage is the toilet on the street. And the bill has already been brought out for 11 dishes, although we will see only 10 on the table. They gave me 1 tulip as an apology and brought me a plate of sweets. After writing a negative review, the sweets were taken away. The kitchen has 10 points, everything is very tasty. The host is 10 out of 10, a very fun program, attention is paid to all the guests. The adjacent room is more reminiscent of an "outdoor gazebo", which implies spending the summer time in it. We arrived, as agreed on the Birthday on this day. As a result, it was insanely cold in this tent at first, which in the process had to ask for another heater, it was brought 1-1.5 hours later and it became more or less. Due to the fact that they did not warm up the room, there was natural ice on the ceiling (I will attach a photo), it began to melt and drip on the guests. I approached the administrator to ask, therefore they do not provide high-quality service and rent an unprepared room. The red-suited Receptionist's response: What do you want from me??? I mean, you want to go and sit in my seat and let the condensation drip on you. The Administrator's answer is that the room is warm and nothing drips. The next thing that happened was that the kettle was not working at first, 1, but then it was replaced with 2, and at least it began to heat water for tea and coffee. In the process, they forgot or lost the cake for the Birthday girl, some kind of dumb excuse. DEAR OWNERS OF THIS WONDERFUL PLACE, pay attention to your incompetent Administrator, what role does she play in your establishment?
