We were at a corporate party in this institution. We were sitting, as I understand it, in a new tent.The kitchen is nice, cozy, the presenter is excellent. The music is live - the singing is just great. But, there are also disadvantages.. There were a lot of people, condensation was accumulating on the walls and ceiling, and somewhere in the middle of the evening it all started dripping - it was not very pleasant. The breaks between bringing new dishes were very long at the beginning, and at the end the rest of the food was brought together. And another very big disadvantage is the toilet on the street. I had to get dressed every time I went there.

After 2 hours, the hot stuff finally arrived, and... another person was left without hot food and without a plate.I had to talk to the administrator. It turned out to be the joint of Elena's administrator. Instead of resolving this issue, administrator Elena was rude to us. The hot stuff was finished and brought to us after another 1 hour and 20 minutes. As a "type" of apology, they brought us a plate of sweets, which was simply taken away after a while. During the evening, the receptionist, Elena, then walked around and smiled at us maliciously. For a very long time they brought hot food to our table, they were fed with promises of "another 10 minutes...", then they admitted that the kitchen could not cope with such a volume of work. Why take so many orders if you can't handle it? We waited for more than an hour for the 11th heat, and we started cooking it only after a few initial remarks. And the bill has already been brought out for 11 dishes, although we will see only 10 on the table. They gave me 1 tulip as an apology and brought me a plate of sweets. After writing a negative review, the sweets were taken away. The kitchen has 10 points, everything is very tasty. The host is 10 out of 10, a very fun program, attention is paid to all the guests. But the service is at 0, the administrator is not coping with his duties. Apparently, the purpose of this establishment is to cram in as many people as possible, but not to provide proper service.
