Pendorya Shopping Center is a modern living and shopping center located in the Pendik district of Istanbul, on the E-5 highway. The shopping mall, which opened its doors on December 17, 2009, serves with a rental area of 33,000 m2 and a total indoor area of 80,000 m2.
There is a Cinemaximum cinema with 8 halls in Pendorya Shopping Mall. This cinema complex has the distinction of being the first cinema complex on the Maltepe-Izmit route.

It was very nice and busy when it first opened. However, after that, they closed one by one and started to concentrate on Neomarin shopping center, just opposite Pendorya shopping center. But shops that have been empty recently have started to reopen. I think that after the construction of the site next to the shopping mall is completed, its visitors will increase. There is an outdoor and indoor parking available. The newly arranged sinks used very good technological products.
