I applied for help 0-17 (children's). The girl accepted everything perfectly. She told me to call back in 10 days to find out if it was approved or not. I've been calling a lot of times every day for a week!!!! They just don't pick up the phone! With a child in another city! Just to find out the answer, I now need to come and spend time and money. Why give me a phone if they don't pick it up!!!
