Chandelier, night lights cracked or broken, not fatal, but not neat. There is no drinking water in the room. The bathroom is rickety, the hot water is not hot, the bathroom floor is flooded. There is no hygiene kit. (Toothbrush, toothpaste, other accessories.) The room is not cleaned every day. We lived in this hotel from 05/15.24, a 3-star hotel., but the conditions were excellent, our room was superior with a veranda overlooking the old town, on the 4th floor, there is an elevator, it is very convenient to climb with suitcases, the furniture is in excellent condition, towels were changed every day, garbage was also cleaned every day, cleaning and linen change every 4 days, two Tamars are wonderful attentive women at the reception, they speak Russian and English, you can contact any request, I want to pay special attention to the kitchen-veranda, it's such a cozy place that you want to sit there longer and admire the view of the city!! Well, the dishes cooked by Galina, it's just a masterpiece, everything is delicious at home, special thanks to her!! The breakfasts were good every day! The hotel itself is very conveniently located , close to the center of the old town, you can cross the bridge to the other side of the Kura, the metro is a 7-minute walk away, everything is close , in the same house there is a wine shop, pastries, market, souvenirs!!
