The location of the hotel is very good, there is a roadway nearby and it is easy for taxi drivers to get there. Galatoport is located nearby with numerous shops and cafes. But the main thing is that the Bosphorus is nearby. If you turn right from the hotel and walk 50 meters, then from the nearest store you can get to the landscaped coast, from which the road leads to Galatoport. The hotel rooms are relatively clean, towels were cleaned and changed daily, but for some reason there was no shampoo and shower gel, while cotton swabs and discs, shaving supplies were brought daily.
Very nice view from the hotel restaurant on the Bosphorus. If desired, you can feed the seagulls there.
The rooms are not very big, but you can turn around. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom, they were on the counter under the sink, so it wasn't very convenient to use. On the downside: there was no Russian-speaking staff at our reception. In principle, we can explain ourselves, but sometimes we need to explain the nuances, and it was quite difficult to do that. The second is breakfast. The waiters bring bread, eggs (boiled, fried, shakshuka), butter in honey, baked tortillas, salad, etc. on a large tray, there were no porridges. But after a couple of days, I want a buffet where you choose what you're going to eat. Some vacationers wrote about the noise from the nightclub. It was there, but not critically, especially if you close the window at night.

A great hotel, clean new, the location is super, the promenade is amazing, and walking from this location is convenient in all directions. The service is excellent, the cleaning is also good, the breakfast is delicious and impressive, and of course the view of the Bosphorus is beautiful) you can feed the seagulls

But, there is a club on the next street that is open until 04:00 in the morning
The music screams as if the room has been turned on
There is a construction site, but work does not begin until 8 a.m.

We've been there a few times and we'll be back. There are several reasons for this. First, this hotel has a location no worse than the novotel nearby, but it is noticeably cheaper. There is indeed a construction site nearby, the windows of the rooms overlook it, but these same windows are still looking at the Bosphorus. The construction site works from 09.00, it suited us, we get up earlier. Secondly, the repair is quite fresh, silicone corners depart a little in the shower and there may be rusty inclusions on the watering can in the shower, but not much. The third is the location near Galaport and the presence of a large number of cafes and restaurants nearby. Excellent non-alcoholic restaurant Loi on the 6th floor (but there is a hookah) with a beautiful view.
What is annoying: the shower is very audible in the room itself and in the adjacent room. The pillows are unsatisfactory, I went through everything until I found a more or less suitable one.

The hotel has a great location, it is new, the photos of the rooms match the description. Breakfast at the Loi restaurant is good. But there are two nuances: 1) now there is a noisy construction site right next to the hotel (some rooms have a view of the construction site, but they don't seem to settle there) 2) next to a street with a lot of cafes, where music screams until late at night (I don't know how in winter).
