A cozy hotel, very friendly staff, unexpectedly varied breakfasts, the metro and the havaist stop are within walking distance. The rooms are small, but everything in them is as it should be: normal (important) plumbing, warm lighting, a standard set (refrigerator, wardrobe, safe) in place. Regarding the noise from the street, I can't say, the window of my room did not face a busy street, so for me the nights were quiet.
Once again, it is worth noting that the staff is extremely diligent from the first to the last day, and the person responsible for recruitment has a separate plus in karma.

A good hotel. It is located in a convenient location from the point of view of transport accessibility. The breakfast is not bad, but Turkish. The restaurant is located on the roof, but the photo posted online does not correspond to reality. Tables are under the roof, and the space itself is glazed, but all windows can be opened. The rooms are the same as in the photo. Very clean. Due to the fact that the hotel is next to Taksim Square, it is noisy at night.
I would especially like to mention the work of the staff. Well done. They are very friendly and try their best. Turkish coffee and tea, lemon juice are served free of charge in the cozy little lobby. On Saturdays, a musician comes for two hours from 17 to 19, and guests can listen to a small concert on the electric piano. Listeners are served tea, coffee, and pastries.

Good day to all! I highly recommend this hotel, it is not big, it is located in a noisy place, BUT wonderful people work in it, at the reception you will immediately be offered juice or coffee with a cupcake, they are friendly, they accept you like a native! On Saturdays from 5 p.m. they play the piano and sing, we even danced, there were also wonderful treats, an atmosphere of kindness and comfort)
With the windows closed and the air conditioner turned on, you can't hear street noise. The rooms are cleaned every day, there is a kettle with mugs, glasses, tea, coffee and water are brought, shampoo, gel, conditioner-everything except toothbrushes and paste. You can ask for an iron. There is a refrigerator in the room.
It is located in the shopping and historical center, near Taksim Square, Istiklal Street is just around the corner. The ferry and the market are an hour's walk away.
This is a place for outdoor activities.
Delicious breakfasts, especially puff pies, with spinach, cheese, potatoes, are prepared by a woman from Turkmenistan, she is present at breakfast and she remembers Russian, she can tell you something.
There is Wi-Fi on every floor.
For ourselves, we were pleasantly surprised that such an attitude happens and of course we will recommend it to all our friends. We wish you well and prosperity to Pera Luna!
