On the day of the visit, we were told that an accompanying person could visit the patient. However, in fact, only one person was allowed through, without explanation, despite the information previously received from the staff. I consider such actions to be incorrect and misleading. The lack of clear rules and explanations creates a stressful situation for patients and their loved ones.
