The guys do everything really well. A big plus is that there is, let's say, a waiting room. Sofas, coffee, warmth, etc. But I've heard one negative thing from at least 10 people, and I've been here 5 times myself. Really long. So be patient. Well, or leave the keys, let them kick out the car, and do other things yourself. I give a rating of 4.6. Unfortunately, there are only 4 or 5 stars here.

I've been using this sink for more than four years, a cool administrator, cool staff. They always carry out their work with soul and professionalism. The manager is excellent, he quickly finds solutions to non-standard issues. During the last visit, the guys helped out a lot, they quickly polished the necessary parts, washed the car and applied hard wax, the car was transformed. I recommend everyone to visit, the main thing is to make an appointment in advance. Here, my friends performed film pasting and polishing, everyone was satisfied with my recommendation and spoke highly of this sink)!

I thought I had found a sink for regular visits, until today I thought so.
Everything was shiny after the last visit.
And today the car was washed with nothing but sand, examined and gasped - almost every element with a scratch! Yes, 5-10 centimeters each!!!
And the expected "nodding" on driving along the ring road began, and scratches along and across.
Someone from the "new guys" washed the car.
This was the last visit.

I used to always go to this car wash, but the last three visits are three out of three. ***…
I arrived on a motorcycle, there are no cars, I ask - can I wash it? - wait two hours. I asked, is there really such a queue by appointment? Answer: no, we have safety precautions, we don't wash hot motorcycles!
What kind of nonsense is this?? I've been riding a moto since 2014, I've been servicing it myself and mine usually myself, I've never had any problems with it, but here we are, it turns out you can't wash a hot engine. Tell this to everyone who rides in the rain in autumn - or do you think you can't ride in the rain either?..
It was more like they decided to pour it into the girl's ears - because they stupidly did not want to wash, since you need to be able to wash a motorcycle and it's difficult.
OK, I went to self-service and washed myself without any problems.
The second time we arrived with a guy by car, an hour before closing, there are no cars (I checked with them). "We won't take your car ANYMORE" - despite the fact that I had a regular car wash, no frills, as they said right away.
The third time by car.. I call, ask if there is a record and if there are many cars - no, they say one is mine and not yet. I asked to record it and said that I would be there in 10-15 minutes, hold the place - "we are not recording yet, we have repairs, a live queue." By the time I got there, some Opel had already stopped by. We ask - for how long? - Yes, for an hour and a half. Was it really difficult to go to a meeting and hold a place, especially for only 10 minutes?
There was no time to wait, we decided to stop by in the evening - so they already have a damn queue, and again "we won't take you anymore"
Is there something wrong with me, or is it such a customer orientation?..
By the way, we went to the car wash literally one and a half km from this one - and washed it without problems and queues, and very well and efficiently. And don't set foot here anymore.

We did a complex . The trunk opening was not even wiped. I found it only in the parking lot. Divorces.
The water was probably not blown out (mirrors, seams, etc.). The whole car is covered in dried drops and streaks. They didn't even try to remove the water stone. In general, so-so.

I've tried many different car washes in the city in my time. Everyone was somehow with some kind of jambs, significant or small, but still couldn't find the "one" where you would be 100% sure of the result. But a little over a year ago, by some miracle, I saw it on Yandex.Perfect Look Service & Wash maps with a serious rating of 4.9 out of 5! I decided to check how justified the outstanding rating and such popular love is... In general, since then, I have been going to them with great pleasure. I love that feeling when you get in the car after the guys from Perfect Look have worked with it :)
And not so long ago I turned to them for the services of child care. I decided to please my cooler after 1.5 years of operation by polishing, applying a ceramic coating and gluing several places that were not sealed with armored film at the time of purchase. And all I want to say after that is that the guys are just wizards, real masters of their craft, who love cars and relate to work with a soul! After them, the car began to look cooler than it was on the stand at the car dealership!

A good sink, not the first time there. Every time the car is like new (maybe they put a new one instead of mine)))). The waiting and washing time is acceptable - I never waited long, sometimes I washed immediately upon arrival. I liked the bonuses - the fourth sink + quartz coating cost a third less than the price. Friendly and polite guys.

I wrote on Instagram about the tinting - they said hello and forgot to answer my questions. I found the phone on the website and dialed it. The person who answered said hello and dictated another phone number. I dialed the second number, I was asked to write to Viber, promising to accept the application and record it for tinting. I dumped all the necessary information into Viber (on Friday at 15:00). I didn't get an answer. On Monday (at 13:30) I decided to remind myself. I was unsubscribed that the master was on vacation and I was flying with tinting. It was very unpleasant to lose three days waiting for an answer. During this time, I could contact another company, where they know about their masters' vacations in advance.

I did car dry cleaning for the guys from Perfect Look. The machine is almost new, but needed cleaning)) I was very worried that the result would not please. Choosing a service, I reread a bunch of reviews - customers are satisfied, I decided to go to them. And I was not mistaken! I went to take jobs with my brother - it's better to look for flaws in 4 eyes :) To our surprise, we did not find them! And both of them! Everything – the seats, the roof, the panel, the trunk - was so perfect that there was nothing to complain about! Even the glue (or adhesive tape) stains on the racks, which were not promised to be completely removed, disappeared without a trace. Alexander did the dry cleaning. I asked to do ozonation of the car interior – this is a really cool topic - the condition of a new car when you sit down, it's easy to breathe, everything is clean. The professional approach is obvious. I'm happy! And for you, the most important thing is a satisfied customer ;) I will recommend your organization to my friends and I know that I will not be ashamed.
