Positive: an interesting selection of brands, a pleasant interior. Minuses: 1. The lack of blotters is freely available. I understand that, most likely, this was done so that the store would not turn into a courtyard where everyone sprayed twenty flavors and went about their business. But! 2. The store has a very repulsive staff, who literally have to beg them to put perfume on the unfortunate blotter. I went to the store twice to test just one brand I was interested in. Initially, I thought I could do it in one go, but after talking to the staff, I just wanted to leave the room as soon as possible. I asked one of the consultants to put some perfumes on the blotters. For this simple action, I had to go through several iterations to finally find the words that worked for the girl to deign to do it. Madame agreed only when I said that I wanted to walk around the mall with the blotters. Before that, she had convinced me that sniffing perfume from the lid was a great way to test it. At the same time, I was only interested in one brand, I didn't have a goal to test all the perfumes in the store. I wanted to buy a miniature, I saw a list of perfumes with prices on the stand, where it was clearly stated that there are only 6-7 items in the miniatures. I asked them to apply to me. To which I received the answer that there are miniatures for almost the entire range of fragrances, that is, 30 pieces. Then I asked them to give me blotters with only 3 flavors. After walking around the shopping center, I returned for the perfume I liked. I immediately went to another girl who seemed more friendly. As it turned out, there are miniatures only for those flavors that were listed in the price list, and even then not all of them. I didn't have mine, so I took another one. Why the first girl said deliberately false information, I do not know. Perhaps it was very difficult for her to sign the names, which, apparently, is mandatory in this store. As a result, despite the high level of store design and assortment selection, there is a touch of collective farming, and there is practically no desire to return here. If I have to, I'll come with a supply of paper. I don't know if they use tactics to humiliate customers so that they want to buy up half the store in an attempt to prove their financial worth, or what else motivates the management. I've never seen anything like it in Russia, nor in Europe. In France, they'll even pour the fragrance into an atomizer if you ask.

A regular customer of the store with an accumulated 10% discount. There are never any blotters available, which is not convenient for self-selection of a fragrance. The consultants won't offer it themselves. It's not the first time I've come across a consultant - a rather unfriendly girl who treats customers with great disdain and a dissatisfied face (I was in the store on 07/24/2025, around 19:00 approximately), which pushes me to make subsequent purchases. I would like to have a more polite and friendly attitude, especially to the requests of regular customers. It really spoils the shopping experience and discourages any desire.
