A wonderful place in terms of its rich history and incredible architecture. Suddenly, you can find the remains of pottery right under your feet. We were shocked that the UNESCO-protected site was not so protected: you could climb wherever you wanted, loosening the columns (which children did in groups). A large area has not yet been explored. I assume that the greenhouses around are located on this ancient city. I was surprised by the large number of emaciated animals on the territory (please take food).

This gate is another of the attractions of the ancient city of Perga. I recommend definitely going to the ruins. These are some of the cheapest and most convenient ruins. You can get to the city yourself by bus (get directions via Yandex maps at your hotel). You need to go in the morning to get around all the facilities all day long, and there are a lot of them on the territory. Moreover, the entrance ticket includes the cost of visiting all facilities (for example, the amphitheater in Side, the baths are separate). When you are in the ruins, be careful and keep an eye on the children.👍
