It’s European-style cuisine, but made with fresh, local farm ingredients. The **baked Camembert with grapes** was perfectly creamy, and the **rabbit** — tender, rich, and slow-cooked just right. Add a glass (or three) of local boutique wine, and you’re golden. The interior is warm, thoughtful, and tastefully designed — it invites you to stay a little longer. Calm, cozy, and full of soul. The Perle Restaurant is a separate chapter in my journey. A stunning space where it is equally pleasant to be both in a stylish interior and on an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and the river. What impressed me the most: Visual delight: the food served here is the level of Michelin restaurants. Even a simple fried egg for breakfast looks like a work of art. You wouldn't expect to encounter such perfectionism in detail far from the capital. Local flavors: jams deserve special attention. This is not a standard store-bought product, but a local production with incredibly subtle, noble tastes. Atmosphere: The view of the river from the terrace adds a special depth and tranquility to each meal. This is a place for those who appreciate aesthetics in every detail. C'est magnifique!

It's unbelievable!! An absolutely Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of the Lori Mountains and gorges in Armenia. All dishes, ingredients, sauces, spices and herbs are perfectly balanced. We were alone in Zali on Friday afternoon, and we didn't have to wait long anyway. There is a children's menu and a good selection of Armenian wines and distillates. A must-visit if you are in this region.

It is amazing how it was possible to find such a pearl in the village of Debed in the province of Lori. A truly magnificent interior design, and what kind of cuisine, with hints of Asian fusion, should belong to the most fashionable restaurants.To say that it's delicious is to say nothing ... an atmospheric place, a friendly hostess.
