The staff of this department just talk wildly with students, rudely and shout at foreigners. Foreigners pay a lot of money and do not study at the university for free.as I understand it, this is not a university, but I just don't know what to call it. I do not advise you to study in a place where there is no human attitude, but they just look at you like money kidneys and still do not respect you and treat you like animals!
