If you visit this store, be sure to check the price in the receipt and the one indicated next to the product.they don't match.06/15/2024 my husband bought 30 packs of Felix for cats for 99 kopecks.That's what it said on the price tag.When he came home, he showed me the receipt, and I saw the amount of 35 rubles.starting to look at what exactly was punched in the receipt, I found that something completely different was punched there.chicken-flavored food that was not bought and the price is 1.40. when we returned to the store, we asked for a refund.the seller searched for a long time in the computer for our purchase, freaking out, swearing at us, I don't understand the truth for what, called someone to explain how to make a refund.t.k.it all took a very long time, we offered to make a refund of only 10 packs and take the rest.with grief in half, she kind of succeeded.as a result, she said that in a couple of days 10 rubles and kopecks would be credited to the card.a day later, 5 rubles were returned.I don't even want to go back to figure out where the rest of the amount is.the seller is unqualified.again, there is no desire to stand and listen to her rudeness.Don't set foot in this store anymore.we always went here because near the house.now we will avoid it.I do NOT recommend this store.

The store is engaged in deceiving consumers! I bought a filler for a cat tray for the promotion, the price of 17.99 was written on the price tag. I saw 26.99 in the receipt. I turned to the seller, to which she stated that there was no stock, and she did not find a new price tag. There was not even an apology for the deception. I regret only one thing that I did not write a complaint about this "store", but in general it would be nice to contact the police
