if you get to Tallinn, you must definitely look at it. The house is very modest. A reproach to our leaders .Although it stands in a large park where Peter the Great built two rich palaces for Catherine.There is such a story .When Peter occupied Tallinn and looked around, he bitterly said, "This is where the capital of the Empire should have been built."
