We have been flying to rest through petrotour for several years now. We started with Turkey (we were 4 times, we got bored quickly), then we moved to Egypt (we were a couple of times, I understood why Europe is called geyropa, we rested in hotels with Europeans, they don't hesitate at all), not so long ago we conquered the Emirates (3-4 times we were, we need a lot of money with us there) and now we have moved to Vietnam (this is completely different from everything before ...). All tours were via petrotour. We worked out all the wishes for the vacation, were interested in how the flight and the hotel were on arrival, solved certain points with the hotel when they messed up with the armor. Everything was being solved... And that's all, if there were a couple of girls, now unfortunately one is on maternity leave, the second is in charge... If other managers come across, then you can wait for a response and suggestions for several days and there will be no feedback, such as uploaded. But they are also working on the tour itself. Well, maybe they are newbies and still do not understand and do not know how everything works in this area... Prices vary, when they are cheaper, when it is more expensive, with the same hotel, how it develops is not clear. The last time we flew for the new year, we received a gift: a plaid, a thermocup, a mug and chocolates, it was nice.
