Especially when there are controversial points, one information is said on the phone, and then completely different. There were questions about payment, where they didn't even bother to write the EPIP number in the message, they mistakenly transferred it to another address, in order to return the money, you need to go to the accountant across the city. Moreover, when this situation arose, after my mistake, I transferred the money to the right account, the girl on the phone said that the photo of the application was enough for me to get the money back (which was transferred to the wrong account). A month later, when it was necessary to extend the lease, it turned out that the application had to be brought in person, they couldn't tell me about it for a whole month!!! Further on the courier: I wanted the courier to arrive on Saturday, the girl said on the phone that he would be able to pick it up, just need to call in the morning and leave a request, which I did. In fact: there was no courier on Saturday, they postponed it to Monday, on Monday the courier's car broke down, they postponed it to Tuesday, no one said during these two days that I would pay rent these days because of their breakdowns, I don't feel sorry for this money, but at least I could warn the client.

Upon arrival at the rental, it turned out that their system was not working (I do not understand what exactly, the employees said so). The spouse left a document as collateral, and took crutches, as it was necessary to go to the doctor. They quickly called from the store, said that: - The system was working, the "hands-free" crutch appeared. It's just been returned. Will you take it? I: - Of course I will! (please note, I got a call and was offered my crutch rental service. They didn't tell me that they say we usually soak them in bleach for 3 days, because they are handed back smelly and sweaty, with the strength of socks...Will you take this? if you really need it and you agree to it, and you don't feel disgusting?. Then I would not have asked questions ... After the spouse's treatment again, the system does not work again ..... replaced the usual crutches with slightly different crutches (those did not fit) and went to the doctor. I am extremely unhappy with this rental. I asked a friend to rent me an electric trimmer at the cottage, as my drive belt tore. A friend took a scythe with some kind of complete package for external damage. I took a good Makita trimmer. As soon as I started mowing a small suburban plot of 5 acres, 20 minutes after the start, out of the blue without weeds, my bobbin flies apart. Upon detailed inspection, it became clear that one feather of the spool retainer had already been broken off a long time ago and the spool was held on one feather. Moreover, before starting work, I noticed that the knife that cuts off the extra fishing line was generally broken off to the ground and was replaced by mine and subsequently my spool was installed. At the box office itself, no one reimbursed either the funds or the spool or the knife. Of course, I did the mowing and the rest of the braid did not fail, but again, with such an attitude to the client and after reading the rest of the negative reviews on this rotten desk, I would not advise anyone to contact them, they were overlaid with their lawyers so if their tool breaks, then no additional package from damages even according to their actual Guilt won't save you. Stay away from them :)
