It's a disgusting store!!! Never buy birds at this pet store. We bought a parrot here (inexperienced owners, there were no problems with our first chick, we decided to take a friend to our parrot) and already at home it became clear that he was ill - problems with wings, lethargy, poor condition. I know what an active, healthy bird looks like. Now we have to save his life ourselves. The birds in the store are kept in poor conditions: cramped cages, dirt, lack of proper care. The staff is incompetent — they didn't tell us about the condition of the bird, didn't warn us about possible health problems, and didn't give us any veterinary information. It feels like animals are just being used as a commodity here, not as living beings. This is a cruel and irresponsible attitude towards animals.
