I went to the Peugeot Laughing service because of the sound coming from the pads of my Peugeot 308gt car. Service Chief Yucel Bey said that they need to replace the front and rear linings and the rear disc of my car, they have 2 separate linings that come from abroad and are produced in Turkey, and they can install the linings I want. I asked them to install the original pads from abroad and left my car for service. after 2-3 hours, they called me and said that they had no more Decals from abroad, that they would wear the domestic decals used by Peugeot produced in Turkey, and that there was no difference between the two except for the substance used. However, while the sound coming from the pads was a shriller sound in the past, after the change, a fuller and louder sound began to sound. Just 4 days after the pads were changed, I went to the service again and said that my problem had not been solved, that I had already brought the vehicle to the service because I was complaining about the incoming sound. They said that they normally lubricate the pads after the pad change(although the pads cannot be lubricated), they could not lubricate them because they had no oil left on their hands on the day they replaced them, and they could lubricate the pads to eliminate the sound. 1-2 days after the pads were lubricated, I took them to the service once again because the sound still did not go away, this time they stated that they shaved the pads to solve the problem(although they should definitely not be shaved) and solved the problem. After I took delivery of my car and left the service, I went back to the service the same day because I kept hearing the same sound on the road again, and they didn't solve my problem again. It was said that it would be ok to use it for a few days. Despite the passage of time, there was not even any Deceleration in the sound, and that's why I went to the service again, and when I left, Yucel Bey told me that he thought he would make a sound while wearing it anyway, since the pad they were wearing was not one of the pads from abroad, but he did not expect such a loud sound to come, and he was surprised by the intensity of the incoming sound. At the same time, he said that the original pads rarely come to his hands, and a police car has been waiting for a pad replacement in service for 45 days, this is the first time I have heard of a vehicle waiting for 45 days for a pad... When I asked them to give me a written statement that I had brought my vehicle many times to complain to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and CIMER about these negative situations I was experiencing, and that they could not solve my problem despite the actions they had taken, they told me to leave the vehicle and let's look again, and they said they could examine the vehicle and give the statement I wanted in the future. I left the car at the service again, the next day they sent me a message via Whatsapp in the form of "for your information, there is deterioration on the surface because the front discs of the car are exposed to water while hot"(due to the mown pad cut under the name shaving). But already every time I took my car, after inspecting it, the service did the washing itself, the car was always washed there because I had to go to the service again and again because of the lining problem I was constantly having, and I didn't have the opportunity to take my car to wash outside the service even 1 time, the washing process was always done at the service. I told them this and asked them to explain how the disc of the car, which was not water-trapped, was exposed to water, and they wrote, "as you can see in the pictures, this is the situation". As I said, there was no situation where the disc would break down, the car was never washed outside except for the washes done in the service, and water was not kept in any way. So far, they have not solved the sound problem from the pads of my car in any way, and although I have taken the car to service 2 times since the disk replacement, I have not been told that the disk has broken during this process, and somehow the distortion appeared on the surface of my disk, which has not retained any water, today. Today I received a written document stating that the transactions they made and the problems I experienced after these transactions were not solved in any way, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Ministry of Commerce through CIMER along with this document for the negative situations I experienced in this service.

I would say to those who are looking for the right reliable Authorized Service, come without thinking. You will provide transportation with original safety cheaper than the industry. The only problem is, if you leave the car and pick it up later, there is no public transportation. But my heart is at ease, My pocket is at ease, especially I also thank Mr. Hüseyin.
