To begin with, the check-in was late, they checked in quickly, but due to the long flight delay, the room was not checked in detail. Since I didn't have much strength. In the morning, they noticed that there was a glass cup missing and the air conditioner was not working. They asked for a glass from the maid, pointing with their hands, since they do not understand English at all, I am completely silent about Russian. The air conditioner was repaired for us all 2 weeks of arrival, as a result, we slept without air conditioning. The room was taken as a single-family room, and it saved that in the second room the air conditioner was working and the room was somehow cooled. They took breakfast right away, but after they ate breakfast, they didn't get off the toilet. Therefore, after a couple of days of squatting on the toilet, we no longer had breakfast. The pools are clean, the staff is friendly, but English is very poorly understood. Upon check-out from the hotel, they claimed that we had broken a glass, which in principle did not exist. They explained as best they could, so far they have not invited a Russian-speaking guide. She barely explained it. That's definitely why, when you arrive at this hotel, check the rooms with a tablecloth for the presence of everything that is and what is not immediately photographed to present later at the reception. The work is not regular, but thorough. I put stars only for the convenient location and new rooms.

Ohhh! Cool hotel! We got here by chance in March 2019, we vacationed in Phuket on our own, saw a big discount on a room with access to the pool (Family, 2 rooms, 1 huge bed and 2 medium ones) at the Booking or on the Agoda + Breakfast is included! The price is 2500 rubles! We enjoyed staying here for a couple of weeks! The only thing there was a renovation in a nearby hotel. But nametov didn't bother much.. only during the day, sometimes the daughter could not sleep. But we put her in a stroller, a couple of laps around the territory and she was asleep))

A wonderful hotel in terms of location! But there is a caveat : 1) there is no pool! Always green! 2) the rooms do not match the description , they can move into the old building, they can move into the new one. And these are 2 big differences! The new ones are four , and the old ones are 2+ 3) and finally, breakfast for 3! But the hotel is 4* It's fair. But despite this, the place is very convenient.

The location is great. Quiet, big balcony. A restaurant with Delicious European food, a large swimming pool. The only Rooms, but the balcony compensates. The price-quality for Kata is super.

The territory is small, there is no gym, there is little vegetation of palm trees. Gas stations are not very diverse. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent. Large rooms, excellent cleaning, clean linen and towels are not wet or smelly. The staff is Russian-speaking. The majority of Kazakhs are well located. It's close to the beach. 7 minutes. It seemed to me that for this money the best option in Phuket, if you are not on a bike or car.

The travel agency advised this hotel to stay with children, but in fact there is nothing for children there, except for a children's room and a mushroom in the pool. The food was good and varied, but cockroaches crawled out from behind the pots. The rooms were cleaned constantly, the quality of cleaning wants to be better.

It all depends on which building you get into . On the day of settlement, they said there were no places in the new building and that they would be relocated tomorrow . On the next day , they started asking for money at 4000 per day . They stayed in the old building , wonderful fish swam below , but you can't sit on the balcony in the evening because flies or mosquitoes fly and bite . Closer to departure , tourists told us that they were moved for 8 thousand to another building for 10 nights . The air conditioner is noisy, with the windows closed, you can hear the music that plays in the bars in the evenings. Tomorrow is normal , you can always find something to eat
