Хорошее место для парковки,если хотите сохранить в сохранности своего железного коня!

Нет отопления, в этих гаражах очень холодно и сыро даже летом в жару... Там машина сгниёт быстрее чем на улице... Электричество работает не круглосуточно... Было бы здание отапливаемое - цены бы ему не было, а так руины, холодно и сыро, как в заброшке...
