The fact is that I am Sergey K. On December 1, 2019. I placed an order No. P0000896685 in an online store with pickup from a warehouse in Almaty, Bukhtarminskaya str. 4A. On the same day (December 1) at 10:50, I called technical support with the question "What time do I pick up my order?", to which I received the answer that: today (December 1) the warehouse issues orders before 15 o'clock, you can pick up the order on another day. (From the conversation, I realized that it would make no difference if I picked up the ORDER I PAID FOR online, within a few days). On December 3, when I came to receive my order, I was politely answered that my order (which I paid for on December 1) had been canceled and the employee would immediately create it again and I would receive it. After making an order, I was offered to go to the waiting room and only after 40 minutes of waiting, after your several of your customers who came after me had already received their orders, I approached your operators, to which I received an answer that they would now call the warehouse. Despite the fact that the information has been shining on the monitor for more than 20 minutes that my order is "Ready". After another 10 minutes, I was offered to "pay extra for the 100% order I paid" 20 tenge. And after a while I received the order. Should I understand my surcharge as a storage fee or how, and why did this situation arise???? I ask you to sort out and eliminate failures in the accounting program!!!!
