I was at this market yesterday, I still don't understand what you can do there if you're not a local. Dirt is generally a normal phenomenon. The market is divided into fruits, vegetables, spices, meat, fish, etc. in each of the departments, the smell is worth breathing with nothing. Meat on a 35-40 degree heat on a metal table, no refrigerators. They cut it into small slices for the Vietnamese and sell it. There are some whole fish, but they are frozen and thawing, but mostly they are heads, trimmings. There's frozen chicken in plastic crates, which melts too, and the smell is creepy. In spices, you need to understand what you are looking for and why. The sellers won't tell you if you don't speak Vietnamese. And finally, the fruits that everyone supposedly comes here for. They are either green or with brown dots already. Outwardly, they looked like they had come all the way from Russia, exhausted and not appetizing in appearance. There is no desire to buy, besides, when you walk between fruit stalls, you can smell only one fruit, it clogs everything, and most importantly, you want to escape as quickly as possible. Of course, durian is a popular local fruit and all the smells fade against its background. Clothes, there are shops on the second floor and along the streets. They say you need to bargain, but you would like to know the real price and how much to knock down the one they offered... Men's clothing consists of classic shirts and trousers, all in a civil package. Women's clothing is either ,, so-so,, , or,, taken out of the trash,,. So you still have to manage to crumple it, the fabric is already covered in pellets, unpainted fabrics, black things with spots of all possible shades. I bought only loose trousers with ties there, I could walk at home for 150,000 dong, I couldn't say that it was cheap. The shoe department was also surprised, it seems that rarely anyone comes there, the sellers are right off the chain... Ma'am, ma'am... And they pull me towards them. We ran from there headlong. They sell finger slates and crocs (they're called that somehow, they have different plastic "toys" attached to them). There are also local cafes here, but I didn't want to come because of the dirt. After walking for 40 minutes at the market, we met only one Russian family, who also came here in search of a local flavor and also did not buy anything. Result. Clothes and shoes are of very poor quality, not even needed for nothing. Fruits- walk the streets of Phan Thiet, cleaner, more ripe, and a little more expensive, but add the cost of a taxi to and from the market and the price won't seem so cheap. Yes, there is an action of three coconuts for 25,000 dong, on the streets of the city for 12,000 and 10,000. There are 20,000 mangoes on the beach. There are 20,000 mangoes here, but at lotte market we bought yellow ones for 29,000 per kg. I don't see the benefits for sure. To get from the hotel by taxi to the market 150,000 , and to the Lotte market 109,000. As a result, we didn't save anything, we sweated terribly, burned our face and neck, and we were more happy than ever to take a taxi back.

Well what. An ordinary Vietnamese market with all its "charms". Prices are cheaper than anywhere else. But don't expect sanitation. There are a lot of shops with decorations, just avoid it. Ready-made food is also a side. Fruits are normal. Cheap and good quality
