I came on 01/02/2026 for a glucose meter and test strips for it, the pharmacist gave it out, I immediately noticed that the name of the strips was different from the glucose meter, but I was assured that all battery test strips were suitable for battery glucose meters. As a result, the strips do not fit the glucose meter. Upon my return, they told me that, of course, a refund could not be made, since I had already opened the box. How I was supposed to figure out that the strips didn't fit without opening them is not clear. I was initially told about external compliance that there was no need to pay attention to it
