Pay attention to your employee. We spent three days in the hospital, and during that time we repeatedly went down to the pharmacy for medicines. Each time, the staff were either busy talking on the phone or were absent from the site altogether. When we did manage to attract the attention of an employee, we were served very poorly. No matter what medicine we asked for, we were told that it was not available. They didn't even sell us a regular catheter, claiming they didn't have one. The incident that made me write this review happened today, when the operated patient and I waited 20 minutes for the employee to finish the phone conversation. After that, she looked at our prescription and said that they had nothing from the entire list of medications. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. You are providing a service, you are the maintenance staff. Please serve people properly, especially considering that you work in a hospital, and your clients are mostly seriously ill people who are unable to leave the hospital on their own and walk to the nearest pharmacy.
