This is especially true for nosal drops — for some reason, it seems in this pharmacy that such drugs are prohibited in Uzbekistan, although in fact they may be on sale, but at a clearly inflated price. This is quite unpleasant, especially if the drug is urgently needed, but the pharmacy does not have it. In addition, the prices for what is available are quite high. This creates the feeling that you can find better deals in other pharmacies for the same drugs. In general, it's not the best option.
