I've always gone to this pharmacy since it opened. Everything was fine. Today, 09/16/2025 at about 20:00, the pharmacist came to the pharmacy and was rude, for some reason she started twitching, I was just consulting which drugs were better. I didn't go into conflict, because I'm a nurse myself and I work with people every day and I know how difficult it is. But it's kind of weird to freak out from scratch.

The staff is polite but optional. I needed medicine, they said it was rare to order. I ordered it , they promised to bring it by the evening and call. I didn't wait for the next day either. I went to another pharmacy, where I calmly bought this medicine.
