Good pharmacy. They’ve got everything you need. However, sometimes they have a long queue. Recommend for everyone. If you have a car it’s better walk coz it’s really hard to find a parking spot for your car.

Excellent pharmacy, huge assortment. The service is pleasant, the staff is polite, which is very important.
Of course, there are queues, which confirms the fact that many people like the pharmacy.
About the rudeness of the staff: I haven't come across it. But I can say that I witnessed some strange questions from customers who asked them with arrogance and disdain, indignant when they did not receive an answer. The questions were from the category: how to drink the drug, in what dosage, and so on.
When buying a prescription drug, the dosage is prescribed by the attending physician specifically for a specific person and, in my opinion, it is stupid to demand an answer from the pharmacist.
It can give information about the dosage, but general. The one that is written in the instructions, and since you need to read the instructions before use, you can find out the dosage yourself if there are no individual recommendations from a doctor.

Pharmacy, popularly called the Central Pharmacy, unlike all pharmacies in Almaty: first, you can always buy any drugs, never uses the word "no" here; second, the staff listens attentively to Customers and fulfills your order with a smile and politeness;
Third: cash service in any form, that is, you do not have a problem with payment.
The only drawback is that there is no special Parking and you leave the car on the street with the alarm turned on and immediately the traffic cops do not blink and present a fine for Parking violations. Apparently, a special parking lot is being solved here and we hope the Almaty authorities will address this issue.

Prices are like everywhere else, the only thing that is very convenient is that I lived right in front of this pharmacy for one week and caught a cold. Therefore, it is very good that for angina (I have a chronic one) there are strepsils lozenges. I hope they still have Alice full body cream.
