Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review about this pharmacy. Money was mistakenly debited from my card twice for the same order. The pharmacists assured that the problem would be solved within one working day, but this did not happen during the week. As a result, I had to deal with the situation on my own through Click in order to get my funds back. At the same time, I did not hear any elementary apologies from the pharmacy staff for the inconvenience. I expected more responsibility and customer orientation. I hope the management will pay attention and improve the quality of service.

I want to leave a review about the work of one of the employees of this pharmacy. Today I was confronted with an extremely unpleasant and humiliating attitude from a pharmacist. Instead of professionally and calmly serving the client, she allowed herself to yell at me, speak to me as "you" and be openly rude. It was especially unpleasant that she tried to humiliate me because I did not speak Uzbek. I consider such behavior to be absolutely unacceptable in a field where they work with people on a daily basis and should help, not offend. The pharmacist failed to fulfill her primary duty to provide correct and respectful advice. I left the pharmacy in a bad mood and feeling resentful. It is a pity that such people represent the pharmacy and undermine the trust of customers.
