SCANDALOUS AND ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR OF THE ADMINISTRATION-AVOID THIS PHARMACY! I would like to warn all citizens and tourists of an outrageous incident at Lilly pharmacy 187. Although the pharmacists were kind and professional, the behavior of the person posing as the administration/manager is absolutely unacceptable and illegal. After I had paid my meds neatly and stood aside to check my phone, the woman in question approached me from behind and without any question or permission began to physically go through my personal bag! Her own colleagues had to stop her in this insane act. Worst of all, it all happened in front of my three-year-old daughter who was scared to death of this woman's aggressive attack on me. The person in question did not even apologize after realizing that he had made a mistake, but only turned around and ran to the office. I remind the leadership of Lilly that this behavior is a direct violation of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia and the law on consumer protection. No one, except the police, has the right to search personal belongings, and especially not to forcibly steal a client's bag in front of a child. An aggressive and aggressive person who should not work with people. The child is stressed, and my dignity is violated. I will never enter this facility again and will submit an official report to the market inspection. I tried to file a complaint, but they lied to me that they didn't have an impression book, even though they were legally required to have one. They hide from responsibility!
