A beautiful place - the ruins of an ancient city and at the same time 2 relatively small beaches right next to the ruins. Beautiful nature - the sea, pine trees, a fairly well-preserved part of the ancient Lycian city of the 4th-5th centuries before the NE - theater, thermal baths, central street, aqueduct, northern and southern harbors (where, in fact, the beaches are located). The northern harbor has a very small pebble beach, the southern one has a part in pines and without a coastal strip, part on the sand in the open sun. The entrance is pebbles and stones everywhere.
I gave a low rating because in the prices of 2024 they collected 10 euros per person, while there is no infrastructure here - there are no sun beds, cabins, toilets on the beaches (toilets and a small shower with additional smells only at the aqueduct). There are repairs around (apparently, lighting is being laid). There is very little information (there is a stand near the amphitheater and a couple of inscriptions on the preserved structures).
You can only get there by car, there is a traffic jam at the entrance, because they are just collecting money for travel to the territory. To get there, you need to avoid missing the turn from the Antalya highway (brown signs on the highway indicate the sights, but we still managed to skip the repeat first :)).

Hello, everyone.
We had a family vacation in August 2023 in Chamyuva (Kemer) and decided to visit Phaselis, an ancient city on the Mediterranean coast, on our own.
No problems on the 08 minibus, we got to the open-air museum.
The ticket cost 220 lire/person.
From the entrance to the museum-reserve there is an asphalt road to the seashore. Walk for about 20 minutes at a calm pace.
Phaselis is located between three crystal turquoise coves.
The number of preserved ancient buildings, an amphitheater, streets, tombs, houses is impressive.
Touching the ancient life....
Turks really like to relax here with their families, they come by car and spend the whole day in this beauty.
We visited a lot of sites, took beautiful photos and swam in one of the bays.
After breakfast at the hotel, you can come both for half a day and for the whole day. Not only to explore the ancient city, but also to have plenty of rest on its shores.
It should be noted that there are no cafes here, only small stalls with water and fruits.
Therefore, take snacks and water with you.
We spent several hours and returned to the hotel by minibus by lunch.
I recommend you to visit.

A beautiful city, visited independently. It is easy to get from Kemer or Antalya by car or public transport. The upper rows of the amphitheater offer stunning views of the mountains. A great bay with a sandy bottom for swimming, it is also very suitable for children. Pine trees make it possible not to be under the scorching sun. You can have a picnic (without a campfire and with the removal of your garbage)
