I take off the star for the fact that the hotel is already tired and in need of repair , otherwise I liked the hotel . The rooms are huge, and the plumbing is no longer new , the repairs were done on the dump, but I did not go to Thailand for the hotel , so it will be suitable for an overnight stay. I really liked the rooftop pool 😊 The location was so good , just everything was right under my nose 😁exchangers , cafes, shopping center big , Bangla road , beach 10-12 minutes of quiet walking . Yes, this is the center of Patong and it must be assumed that there are a lot of foreigners here - who drink, smoke , make noise, etc. This is a place for those who like to hang out 👍🏻Although I'm not a party person at all, and with my measured rhythm of life, I felt comfortable here 👌

I stayed at this hotel three times while it was more or less new. The rooms are spacious, it is convenient to have parking for a bike in the basement, and an elevator directly to the floor. Cleaning, maintenance - everything is mediocre. Breakfast is poor, and the room often stinks of sewage. The staff is surprisingly friendly, although what's not to say hello to them if they don't really strain to work. You should be lucky with the view from the window, otherwise you will be looking directly at the neighboring hotel. The balcony is spacious. The usual trough is a rooftop pool. The location of the hotel is good: market, stadium, Bangla road (if a walker), Tseilon shopping center, 7-11 opposite. Be prepared for the evening/night screams of dashing Arab guys coming on bikes with farts and/or tuktuks to national music, convinced that everyone around them is obliged to share their joy. For the current year (2024/25), I would not go for the full price list, only in a fever.

The staff is completely lazy-Indians who confuse everything, the rooms are cleaned disgustingly and almost until 6 pm. But the agreement was that we would not dirty and spoil the property of the hotel, and not act as auditors, checking on the hotel staff! In any case, the most interesting thing will happen next. When we refused to pay, the administrator started HAGGLING! He said 1000 baht would be enough. He threatened to call the police. When we agreed to call the police, for some reason he didn't call them. Instead, he reduced the fine to 500 baht. What is this fine that can be reduced three times? The administrator trades better than any huckster on the market. Stunningly. If you do not want to spoil the impression of your vacation and this beautiful country, do not check into this hotel. Apparently, things are very bad for them, they are trying to shake off at least 500 baht from the guests. If you do go there, keep a close eye on the bed linen, towels and inventory. In every suspicious case, call the administrator and poke his nose. It is better, of course, to call the director, since this poc also does not mind extorting money from guests at check-out. Disgusting. A few words about the hotel that, under other circumstances, I would never have written in my life. The water in the pool is changed only when it turns green and tastes sour (considering that the water is not chlorinated for 3-4 days). The towels are all stained and torn (remember who to call). The reception staff is not as interested as possible in helping you in any situation. And if you decide to call in advance to clarify any questions, they will simply hang up as soon as they hear English. The air conditioner and extractor hood in the bathroom are unlikely to let you sleep with their noise. You can forget about the balcony, because there is an external air conditioner unit there, and it just burns out everything that is on the balcony. There are cockroaches in the hotel.
