Early August 2025 The hotel is big. The room is quite comfortable. A huge bed. Amazing view of the bay. There is a bathtub on the balcony. You can enjoy the fresh water and sea air. Unusual... There is a restaurant on the beach at the hotel. Live sound in the evening. Local tunes. Crabs, crayfish, octopuses and other inhabitants of the sea... Fruit. Lots of greenery. Actually, as in all other restaurants of the hotel. European cuisine is one name. Filled with melons and watermelons. I was particularly pleased with the free minibus that runs regularly from the hotel to the city. One of the disadvantages is the complete lack of knowledge of the Russian language among the staff. The menu doesn't change from day to day. Despite the air conditioner, the humidity is very high. But they knew where they were going...

In May 2025, we had a rest in this complex, we liked everything:cleanliness of the territory and in the room, cleaned daily even on the balcony!!!Attentive and courteous staff, excellent cuisine, the length of the breakfasts is simply touching:from 7 to 12.00, and always a full range. A large selection of dishes, the menu is changing. The coffee is great, and so are the pastries. I recommend it, you won't regret it.

We had a summer vacation with a friend at this hotel, at first everything was fine, except for the old renovation. At the end of the rest, an extraordinary situation occurred. At 5 a.m., we received a call to our room. When we woke up and looked through the peephole, we saw no one, but we noticed that the lights were on on our balcony and above the bedside table, and we always fall asleep with the lights completely off. After contacting the reception in the morning, no action was taken. After three calls to the reception with suspicions that someone had entered our room at night, we were somehow relocated. The recordings from the cameras have not been received (apparently they are not working). The staff doesn't care at all about the safety of their guests.

We had a rest from 12.02.-23.02.25. I added a star for the view from the windows. She's really beautiful. The rest is: a crumbling hotel, repairs are needed in every corner of the building. Bed linen is synthetic. I couldn't believe that such a thing was possible nowadays, and even in a hotel that claimed to be a five-star hotel. The shuttle service to the shore, which should run every 10-15 minutes and around the clock, as stated by the hotelier and his representatives (I checked with three people at the reception), does not run at all in the evenings. We left with a small child at 10 p.m., returned at 12 p.m., waited for 2 hours, no one came to pick us up, the taxi does not stop. The bed linen is not changed. But towels are provided every day. The floors are not cleaned, there is a layer of dirt in the room. There is no TV, although there are sockets for it, and the sockets do not work either. The switches don't work in half of the rooms (we rented a family room). Both sinks are broken, the glass in both showers is broken. The tiles on the floor are broken. The pool is patched all over. The reception doesn't solve any questions, you ask a question, he sends to the guide, and leaves. You come up again, he pretends to be a hose as soon as you ask for the contacts of the hotel director. Like, it's okay, what do you want? And the fact that, for example, we were poisoned at their restaurant for breakfast does not bother anyone (the food, by the way, is purely Chinese, European cuisine is completely absent here). The fact that the transfer driver is asleep, even though he has to work around the clock, he didn't decide that either, he just left and that was it. The attitude of Russians towards tourists is simply bad. The hotel is old and dilapidated. I don't recommend it. He's not worth it. My husband had a birthday on 15.02, they promised at check-in that they would bring a cake on his holiday, but we did not receive any cake or congratulations. This is a terrible piggish attitude on the part of the director and staff. I won't write anything else. The hotel is disgusting and not worth your vacation. One disappointment.

A great hotel, we flew to relax with our daughter. We had a room on the 20th floor. The view is stunning, the balconies have a bathroom and a comfortable large ottoman, as well as a clothes rack.The room is bright and spacious. They cleaned it every day. The room had everything you needed (tooth.brushes, shower cap, soap, bath foam, shampoo, hair conditioner, hair dryer, slippers of 2 types, umbrella, iron, ironing board, towels of 3 sizes, bathrobe, champagne glasses,2 types of mugs, tea, coffee, water, kettle, refrigerator, safe) Everything is fine In addition, there is no private beach and you need to take a transfer to the shops. Sanyabei Wild beach, which is located across the bridge from the hotel, few people swim there. We went to Dadonghai and Yalongbei, but it didn't spoil our vacation 🥳🥳 We enjoyed walking along the embankment and going to the evening market.
