I contacted the workshop about repairing a children's phone, laptop and tablet back in early December 2022. I will say this: yes, the master is not too emotional and empathic in terms of communication culture, but... I was stunned by the level of professionalism and knowledge of the devices that brought. I put everything on the shelves, showed everything, told everything. I did it in 3 days and paid 220 rubles. Everything is still working, the main thing is that the master told you how to operate correctly, what to do and what not to do so that the problems that were with the equipment would not happen again. And you know, everything is still working. I advise everyone!
