My wife came to make a souvenir medal for the anniversary. For this purpose, a file with two images was prepared: the obverse and reverse side of the medal. Everything was done so that if you print one page first, and then print another page of the file on the back of the same sheet, then the images will be absolutely in one place. All that remains is to cut and laminate. The result exceeded all my expectations: the specialist who dealt with this issue that day (07.12.2024) first printed one image on one sheet, then another image on another sheet, then cut them out, glued and laminated them. At the same time, one image turned out to be "upside down" relative to the other.
Having discovered such a marriage, I came to them the next day to redo the order. The employee decided that the best way to defend herself was to attack. But after the phrase "prepare a book of reviews," the rhetoric completely changed. In general: the specialists are absolutely incompetent and boorish. I do not recommend contacting you.

There are no complaints or questions about the goods and services. But sooo unpleasant service. The staff at the checkout is not as friendly as possible, they communicate as if you come to their house and want something for free. I only come here when I need to print something urgently. If it's possible to wait, I'd rather go to the city or go somewhere else.
The last time I smeared the printer, they printed out dirty documents.

They came to take a photo on the pamport, no one told them where to go, and then they yelled "why are you standing there and not going through?"
They came to pick you up, too, "they could have picked you up on the table instead of standing in line."

Disgusting! The photographer does not know how to handle a camera, does not know what tactful communication with clients is! When asked to take a photo, it was said "it's just a photo." Waiting for the result for 4 hours, and then getting a picture with your mouth slightly open and blurred facial features, which make it 4 times wider for documents, is a nightmare, not service and high-quality work. A man does not know how to work and build a beautiful frame. They ruined the whole impression and took away a lot of time that could have been spent on a photo in another, but good photo service for the same money.

The level of service is terrible! We waited for our order for 40 minutes instead of the promised 20.so they also printed a photo with a white stripe diagonally! I asked for a reprint. The girl at the checkout became indignant. The employee at the computer behaved in a similar way. They said that's how the machine prints.... However, I pay money for high-quality printing, not white stripes, which are not present at the bottom of the photo, but appear at the top... Sadly.
They refused to reprint it.
We left a review in the complaint book, it is not surprising that in front of ours there is the same review about the boorish attitude...
There will be no more desire to print photos here
