The assortment is excellent! But there are disadvantages to working with clients. I made an order online at night, called at 10:00 in the morning to clarify, the girl replied that I had to pay by transfer to the card and after payment they would send it by Yandex. He asked for the card number in order to make the transfer. The card number was sent only at 17:30!!!!!! He said that he had been waiting for a very long time and bought it from another place. The girl was apparently offended and deleted all correspondence . 🤣 Dear store management! Fix this disadvantage, the time is now such that online sales are no less important than offline ones.
