We made an order in January. We did it quickly and efficiently. We paid for it. Then the manufacturer had to issue the documents for the products. They called him about 20 times. Each time he answered: call in an hour, call tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, at the end of the week, etc. It's October now, he's not picking up the phone. I do not advise organizations to deal with him. It will fail.

Terrible service. You apply for the same service several times and they do it differently each time. It feels like the employees are just doing their job out of sheer stupidity. Once again, I was convinced that I would not turn to them for the service anymore.
